Bringing mental health into the rooms that need it (and they all need it).
Sandi Christiansen, LPC delivers workshops, talks, and clinical trainings for parents, coaches, educators, and faith communities. Every engagement is designed for the specific audience; all are clinically grounded, warmly delivered, and built to translate into real change.
Every room is different. Every talk is designed for it.
Sandi has spoken to parents, students, coaches, educators, and faith communities across the Philadelphia and Montgomery County region. Each engagement is tailored to the people in the room, with real information and practical skills that can be implemented starting that very day.
i.
Parents & Parent Communities
HSAs, PTAs, parent associations, mothers' groups, parenting circles. Talks focus on the mental health landscape our children navigate — anxiety, OCD, social media, resilience — and give parents concrete language and tools to respond, not just react.
Frequently requested · Anxiety · Social Media · OCD Recognition
ii.
Coaches & Athletic Programs
CYO leagues, youth sports organizations, school athletic departments. Sessions equip coaches to recognize mental health struggles in their athletes, integrate mindset and motivation work into practice culture, and build teams where kids feel psychologically safe to perform.
Featured offering · Move Your Mind Workshop
iii.
Educators & School Communities
Teachers, counselors, administrators, and student assemblies. Trainings help school staff recognize anxiety, OCD, and mental health signals in the classroom, and know when — and how — to bring families into supportive care.
Cyberbullying · Social Media & Mental Health · Anxiety in the Classroom
iv.
Faith Communities & Parishes
Parish groups, faith-based schools, ministry teams. Talks honor the integration of faith and mental health, offering clinically grounded content in a way that respects Catholic values and speaks to families where they are.

How to bring Sandi to your community.
Every engagement begins with a brief conversation. We want to understand your audience, your goals, and what you're hoping the room takes home before we shape the offering.
i.
Send an inquiry
Reach out with a short note about your community, the audience you have in mind, and any dates you're considering. No pressure to have everything figured out — the conversation itself often helps clarify what will land best.
ii.
Talk it through
We'll follow up to schedule a brief phone or email exchange to discuss fit, format, timing, and any specific needs. This is also when we'll talk through honoraria in a way that respects your budget and the scope of the work.
iii.
Build the talk together
Once we've confirmed the engagement, we'll refine the content to your audience — with time built in for review, questions, and any adjustments you'd like along the way.
A note on honoraria.
Honoraria are set by inquiry and reflect the scope, audience size, preparation, and travel involved in each engagement. We work with a wide range of organizations — including schools, parishes, and youth sports programs — and are committed to structuring honoraria thoughtfully so meaningful mental-health programming remains accessible to the communities that need it most.
Sliding arrangements are available for community partners and faith-based groups where a full honorarium isn't feasible.
Every engagement begins with a simple email.
Tell us about your community, your audience, and what you're hoping the room will take home. We'll take it from there.
