What's included, in full.
A concierge membership is a monthly retainer — not a per-session charge. It reserves your family's place on Sandi's calendar and includes the care, access, and coordination that make continuous therapy possible even in a full life.
Weekly therapy sessions
Four sessions per month, delivered wherever suits your family that week — most commonly in the client's home, occasionally at our Blue Bell office. The choice is yours, session to session.
Guaranteed 24-hour response
Reach Sandi directly by text or phone between sessions. Every message receives a personal reply within twenty-four hours — often much sooner. No triage line, no rotating clinician.
Parent & family consultations
Up to four parent or family phone consultations per month, scheduled outside of your child's session time. For check-ins, coordination, and the between-session guidance that most therapy simply doesn't have room for.
Care coordination
Communication with pediatricians, psychiatrists, teachers, and schools — handled by Sandi, at no additional cost. Your family shouldn't have to relay clinical information between providers.

This service is built for families whose child or teen is working through anxiety, OCD, a difficult transition, or a period of real stress — and for whom continuity, privacy, and access matter as much as clinical expertise. If you're seeking short-term parent coaching or standard weekly therapy, our other services are likely a better match. Every membership begins with a private conversation, not an intake form.

Retainer includes all four weekly sessions, on-call access, parent consultations, and care coordination. Custom pricing available for families outside our core area or with complex coordination needs.

Health Savings and Flexible Spending accounts accepted for the clinical portion. A monthly superbill is provided for potential out-of-network reimbursement of therapy sessions.
